Reservations will be made based on availability at the time of booking*
Shuttle Service is available for easy transport between the hotel and the venue from 7am to 9am, and 4:30pm to 9pm.

*All reservations must be accompanied by a one nights' room and tax deposit, in the form of a major credit card or by the organization. Horseshoe Resort will not hold any rooms unless a deposit has been made at time of reservation. The balance of the attendees full stay total is due 7 days prior to arrival date. You have up until 7 days prior to arrival to cancel or change the reservation. The entire amount payable to Horseshoe Resort is earned in full as of that date. If the reservation is cancelled after that date or the guest's stay is shortened, all amounts paid to Horseshoe Resort will be non-refundable.
